2007: Founded company named Enterprise No3. It was a subsidiary of Lideco JSC.

2010: Enterprise No3 has changed to LIDECO 3 JSC (currently is replaced by ECOBA VIET NAM JSC)

2013: Ecoba Environmental Technology Co., Ltd was established as the subsidiary company of LIDECO 3
