Thanh Liem wastewater treatment plant contributes to creating "attraction" to attract investors

The wastewater treatment plant in Thanh Liem Industrial Park phase 2 with a total designed capacity of 7,600 m3/day and night, of which phase 1 has a capacity of 2,000 m3/day, has been completed by Ecoba ENT contractor and assigned to the investor. The WWTP is  ready to go into operation to serve investors in the industrial park.

Thanh Liem Industrial Park – An attractive destination for investors

Thanh Liem Industrial Park is invested by Capella Ha Nam Co. LTD with the orientation of developing concentrated industrial zones, receiving production lines that do not pollute the environment. Thanh Liem Industrial Park is also considered as an outstanding industrial park of Ha Nam province, a destination to attract FDI capital of the province in the new period of time.

With the goal of completing the infrastructure soon to attract and to benefit investors, up to now, Capella investor has basically completed the construction of the main road in the industrial park and the roads surrounding the leveled land lots. The construction of roads is carried out synchronously, including the technical infrastructure system on the pavement. The investor has also completed the construction of electricity poles on the N9 crossroads, and is constructing electricity poles on lines D10, N10.

Also with attractive incentives and support from the local government of Ha Nam province, within a short time of infrastructure construction, Thanh Liem Industrial Park has successfully attracted many large investment projects from domestic and foreign in many fields such as pharmaceutical production, electronic components, …, becoming a new attractive destination chosen by domestic and foreign investors.

Until now, Capella Ha Nam has signed land and lease agreements with 10 investors, in which 2 investors have been granted investment registration certificates and are building production plants. Other investors are going through the procedure of granting registration to start building factory soon.
