Ecoba ENT won the bidding package of HH1 - HH2 tower wastewater treatment plant - Golden Land 5 Hai Phong project

Recently, Ecoba Environmental Technology Co., Ltd (Ecoba ENT) has won the bidding package “Wastewater treatment plant for towers HH1 – HH2 of Golden Land 5 Hai Phong project” invested by Hoang Huy Group.

Golden Land 5 is a high-end apartment complex consisting of 4 29-storey towers, located in Dong Quoc Binh ward, Ngo Quyen district – the central location of Hai Phong city, with easy access to all amenities, benefits and neighborhoods of the city. The project is built by Ecoba Vietnam as the general contractor.

Building HH1 – HH2 is located in the Golden Land 5 project complex. Last July, 2021, Ecoba Vietnam completed the rough construction and topped out 2 towers HH1 – HH2, 36 days ahead of the committed schedule despite the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic. Previously, Ecoba Vietnam also completed the construction of HH3 – HH4 building with a scale of 29 floors, 1 basement with 1,456 apartments of the Golden Land 5 project and handed over to the investor to welcome residents to live.

Currently, investors Hoang Huy and Ecoba Vietnam are continuing to accelerate other construction section to soon complete 2 towers HH1 – HH2, put into service for residents. In particular, the section of wastewater treatment plant is very focused by the investor.

Building HH1 – HH2 has a scale of 28 floors and 1 semi-basement, 1 attic floor with a total construction floor area of ​​nearly 89,000m2, including 1,016 apartments, each apartment has an area of ​​46 – 50m2. It is expected that after completion, the Golden Land 5 project will be a highlight in the socio-economic development and the face of the urban landscape of Hai Phong city, an attractive settlement chosen by the people of the Port citizen.
