Ecoba ENT deploys the program "Developing Initiative 2021"

In September 2021, Ecoba Environmental Technology Co., Ltd (Ecoba ENT) started implementing the program “Development of 2021 Initiatives” with the goal of finding innovations that can be developed into products for commercialization which also improve the operational and economic efficiency of the company, and at the same time encourage the spirit of initiative development, self-study, self-research, and improve labor productivity for all employees of the company.

With that in mind, Ecoba ENT’s program “Developing Initiatives” focuses on encouraging employees to contribute new initiatives on: products/services; tools and means of work. The program details are as follows:

The program has begun to receive entries from employees and will be compiled by the Organizing Committee and sent to the Initiative Council for evaluation and evaluation. Information about the program will be regularly updated on Ecoba ENT’s internal communication channels.

The program “Developing Initiatives” will become one of the annual programs implemented by Ecoba ENT, which has great significance in encouraging the creativity of employees and contributing to the overall development of the company.
